Pretty big scare when on a return from a grocery store you press the button to your garage door and as it goes up you hear a snap and the door comes tumbling down. As it turns out the spring had snapped and the cables pulling it up the track tangled in the door.
Called the folks at Up & Up as they were open on a Sunday. Receptionist was very accommodating and recognized my situation was dire given my wife had to go to work with her car trapped in the garage. The organized a time and showed up early. Assessed the damage and with parts in their truck set to work. Overall I was impressed by the service and education of the fix. It’s been a week and I’ll tell you the door is working great and is much quieter after the service. Highly recommend and thank you for being open on a Sunday.
